Yurika started her career at the Internal Audit Department of JPMorgan in 2003, gained extensive audit experiences in Japan and New York offices. She then transferred to the Asset Management business, engaged in the marketing of the investment funds for retail funds business in Japan. In 2016, Yurika joined VisasQ Inc, a Japanese startup (IPO in 2020), where she was responsible for wide range of functions as an Executive Officer including business development, Compliance lead for IPO, Corporate group and integration of the cross-boarder acquisition. As a member of the Executive Committee, cultivated experiences in building a mission/value driven organization as the company scaled from 10 - 200 employees. Yurika holds B.A. in laws from Keio University.
