Tomo joined DNX in 2022 as an Investment VP in Tokyo. He started his career in the automotive industry at Mazda in 2006, engaged in product profit control of Mazda6 (C/D Segment) for the North American Market. In 2009, he was assigned to the joint-venture factory between Mazda and Ford in Michigan as corporate planning to lead cost control initiatives. In 2012, he moved to Salesforce Japan as Finance & Strategy, engaged in the rapid growth of SaaS business and organization. In 2016, he joined TeamSpirit, responsible for a wide range of corporate functions, IPO, IR, and board member after IPO. After the term ended in 2021, he joined Hacobu as corporate control division general manager, focused on corporate operations scalability and governance. In 2022, he joined DNX Ventures.Tomo holds a master's degree in engineering from Kyushu University.
