Ren is responsible for building DNX Community, leveraging his creativity he has cultivated in his past career.

Before joining DNX, Ren was the community manager of SPROUND, an incubation office and community operated by DNX.  Prior to SPROUND, Ren went abroad to Germany to become an orthopedic shoemaker and was an apprentice under a Meister for three and half years and obtained a national qualification.  He has also spent time in Morphing Inc., a venture company focused on creating a network of creators, where,  alongside the agency business, he engaged in building the network of creators.

Ren holds a B.F.A from Musashino Art University.
